William and Lyssa Bode are missionaries with the Belgian Evangelical Mission serving in Het Goede Boek Genk, Limburg, Belgium.

We, the Belgian Evangelical Mission, are very thankful that God has called William and Lyssa Bode to serve Him in The Good Book (The Good Book is a donation-supported ministry of the BEM). The plan is that William will work full time in The Good Book and Lyssa will work part time doing administrative work. They will officially begin in September as the managers of The Good Book in Genk. It is wonderful to see how God has prepared this married couple and to see the vision and passion God has given them to strengthen the ministry of the bookstore in Limburg. The BEM is very thankful that this fine couple are coming to strengthen the wider BEM family.
The BEM is a faith-based mission. All of our workers must raise their own team of supporting churches and friends that will pray for them and provide for their financial support. This is also true for those who work in The Good Book. We realise that it is not easy to build this team of supporters; that’s why we are asking you to consider supporting this couple with prayer and financial support. So that we can give William a fulltime contract, he needs to have raised approximately £1,860 ($2,400) per month in support.” From Kurt Maeyens, Director Belgian Evangelical Mission

Als Belgische Evangelische Zending zijn we enorm dankbaar dat God William en Lyssa Bode geroepen heeft om Hem te dienen binnen Het Goede Boek (Het Goede Boek is een ondersteunende bediening van de BEZ). Het is de bedoeling dat William voltijds in Het Goede Boek komt werken en dat Lyssa parttime ondersteunt in de administratie. Hun bediening zal erin bestaan om begin september de nieuwe winkelverantwoordelijken te zijn voor Het Goede Boek in Genk. Het is prachtig om te zien hoe God dit koppel heeft voorbereid en hen visie en passie gegeven heeft het boekenwerk in Limburg te versterken. Als BEZ zijn we zeer dankbaar dat dit prachtige echtpaar de BEZ-familie komt versterken.
Als Belgische Evangelische Zending zijn we een geloofszending, dwz; al onze werkers hebben een eigen vriendenkring nodig die hen in gebed en op financieel vlak steunt. Dit is uiteraard ook geldig voor de werkers in Het Goede Boek. We beseffen dat het niet gemakkelijk is om een financiële achterban op te bouwen, daarom willen we u vragen, om te overwegen dit koppel in gebed en financieel te ondersteunen.
